Please note that all package pricing is subject to hotel room availability. Rooms are being sold quickly so please register soon to reserve your spot.
Cost
Full Land Package for Mainlander and International Residents
(includes hotel lodging (assuming that the individual is rooming with another roommate, double room occupancy), most meals, conference fees, materials and various banquets. This package does NOT include airfare or airport transfers.
Airport Transfers
Please arrange for your own airport transfer from the Honolulu Airport to the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
The Hilton Hawaiian Village offers a taxi service called: Charley's Taxi & Tours. Please visit the hotel link for more information.
Children's Package
The conference cost for a child 12 years old and younger will be $550. There is a max of 2 adults & 2 children/room. However, you can also request an adjoining room (at the standard $220 per night) for an additional $25/day for the connecting door.
Payment
Payment in full is due by Saturday, October 31, 2010. If full payment is not
received by October 31st, services will not be rendered.
Room Upgrades
Package pricing is based on double occupancy for Garden View Rooms. Room upgrades (including requests for a single room) are available for an additional charge.
A limited number of suites are also available on a first come, first served basis. Please indicate if this is your preference upon registering.

Cancellations
The $600 deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new participant
until Saturday, October 31, 2010. Canceled deposits cannot be used to pay
off the balance of another participant. Within 6 weeks of the conference dates, all payments are 100% nonrefundable. All returned checks will incur a $25 charge.
