West Coast Transformation
Transformation is happening on the West Coast of California. The inception point is Salinas, an agricultural city about an hours drive south of San Jose. Salinas is quickly becoming a "detonator city" of a transformation movement thorough the region, but many other city are also experiencing unprecedented and in some case dramatic change. STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
1) Serve Salinas so that the city thoroughly models transformation and is thus positioned to detonate transformation throughout the region
2) Stengthen and grow the relational network so that the Salinas transformation prototype can be replicated and built upon throughout the region in 2008.
