President/Superintendent, Valley Christian Schools

Dr. Daugherty joined Valley Christian Schools as President/ Superintendent in July 1986. Under his leadership, VCS has doubled its enrollment and constructed permanent facilities for all three campuses valued at approximately $60,000,000.00. Prior to that date, he served as an educator and principal at various Christian schools. He is the Founder and Administrative Director of Neighborhood Preschools, and was Founding Principal at Los Altos Christian School, in Los Altos, California.
