Cost
Land Package: $2795.00 U.S. Dollars (includes airport transfers**, ground transportation, hotel lodging double occupancy, breakfast, most meals, conference fees, materials, and various banquets). This package does NOT include international airfare. This package is based on our ability to contract the necessary companies and is subject to changes or cancellation.

Flights & Ticket Information
Search the internet or speak with a travel agent for the best deal on airfare. Participants must purchase their own international airfare.
Airport Transfers**
Airport Transfers are subject to certain arrival and departure times. Participants must arrive Ezeiza Int. Airport (EZE) in Buenos Aires between 6:00 AM and 12:00 noon on Friday, OCT 3, 2008 and depart between 6:00 PM and midnight on Friday, OCT 10, 2008. Please review your flight itinerary with Harvest Evangelism Registrar prior to purchasing international ticket.
Children’s Discount
A 40% discount applies for children under age 12 who share a room with their parents.
Payments & Late Fee
Payment in full is due by Monday, SEPT 1, 2008. Any payment received after that will incur $300 Late Fee. Registration and full payment with Late Fee is due by Monday SEPT 15, 2008. If full payment is not received by SEPT 15, services will not be rendered.
Cancellations
The $500 deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a NEW participant until Monday, SEPT 1, 2008. Cancelled deposits cannot be used to pay off the balance of another participant. Cancellations received within 45 days of departure are NOT refundable. All returned checks will incur a $25 charge.

Due to uncertainty of the Argentine economy, domestic prices are impossible to guarantee, therefore prices are subject to change. Please visit our website periodically for updates to the above information.
