HUGO MORALES. ST. AUGUSTINE, FL
As you know, I am from Buenos Aires originally. This was the most blessed trip EVER to my native country! I always say that in the last 9 months since I was exposed to Harvest Evangelism through your teachings, books, conferences and the like, I had more life changing experiences than in my previous 13-year Christian walk.
I continue to be aligned with your Ministry and ready to serve.
KEVIN MITCHELL. MINNEAPOLIS, MN
Our journey back took us from Buenos Aires Minneapolis via Atlanta. On the Atlanta – Minneapolis leg we were served by a flight attendant who seemed particularly joyful. After the long bus ride and overnight flight – her joyful countenance lifted us all.
I felt the Lord prompting me to pray with her so I made my way to the back of the plane where she was stationed. I introduced myself. She said her name was Candy and asked what I needed. I said: “actually, I was hoping to ask you what you need as I believe God wants to bless you today.”
With that her joyful countenance drooped as she told me that she had lost her father two months ago and was really still struggling with the loss. I prayed with her that the Lord would be especially close with her during this time and that he would bring peace, comfort, and a special sense of his presence and love for her. She was blessed and thanked me profusely as I returned to my seat.
I started to begin my daily bible reading but I felt God put the brakes on that. He told me that I hadn’t quite finished the job with Candy. He told me that there was still a gap in her heart over words that were not said between her and her father. There was still a healing in her that needed to take place. He gave me a word for her and told me I should go back again and give Candy a father’s blessing. I went back again and delivered the prophetic word and a father’s blessing. Tears filled her eyes as I gave Candy the blessing. She hugged me right there in the galley and said “God sent you to me today – I can’t tell you how much this means to me.”
Needless to say I was flying even higher than the aircraft the rest of the way home. God is on the move!

A. IN ARGENTINA
ALL TOGETHER: The rich & poor, government officials & commoners, dark-skinned & fair, east & west, young & old, male & female, pulpit & marketplace ministers & others; we were all together – living, eating, sleeping, chatting & ministering together.
Result:- There was no distinction. We are one in Christ
- We learned so much from each other & impartation took place even outside the preaching time.
- The rich & spiritual giants talked to me like we were on par with each other. Some even asked me to pray for them. I was humbled.
I sms’d Jason in Singapore (2nd in charge of Singapore Prison). The message read “I’m in Olmos Prison. You must come to the Ed Silvoso Argentina Conference next year”. In Singapore, Jason got up at 3 am to ask God for instruction. Interestingly, he received my sms at 3 am. He knew God was speaking to him. So he sms’d me requesting for prayer. On the bus, I got Ted Hahs, Myles Weiss, Nancy Harden and Ben Medel to pray for Jason. He felt so recharged!
The NETThe first time the disciples cast their nets into the water under Jesus’ instruction, the Bible recorded that the net broke.
However, the second time (after Resurrection but before Ascension) the disciples cast their nets into the water under Jesus’ instruction, the Bible faithfully recorded that the net did not break.
Jn 21:11 “Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken.”
This Net speaks to me 3 things: 1. StructuringThe Net represents Structure. With new wine, we need new wineskin that does not break. Likewise the new move of the Spirit (Marketplace Transformation & Disciple Nations) requires new robust & flexible Church structures to contain & mobilize the Harvest. These new structures (Transformation Churches / 5 Pivotal Paradigms / ITN / Marketplace, Pulpit & Prayer Ministers / Marketplace & Marriage / Ministry to the Poor / Kingdom Children etc) will not break.
This is the first time I’ve seen how Marketplace Ministers move at equal standing with Pulpit Ministers.
The Bible specifically writes 153. A theologian once indicated 153 is a number for revival.
Can it be that these new structures are able to facilitate the revival or harvest?
2. FishingDon’t give us fish, teach us how to fish - 1st Lady of Uganda
Ray Pinson’s Internship program to equip undergraduates with Kingdom Values in the Marketplace.
There seems to be an anointing not only to teach how to fish but also where to fish.

The involvement of International Transformation Network (ITN)
Networking – The Net (Structure) is Working

RECEIVE (Recibilo!)After the visit to Unit 25 Olmos Prison, during afternoon tea, a waitress wanted to pass more food to me. I indicated ‘no’. Eager to serve me more food, she tried a couple more times to which I politely refused. During this time, she got the attention of someone seated right behind me who said ‘yes’. I then watched the bread pass right by my fingers into the uplifted hands of my neighbor.
What lesson did I learn? The Holy Spirit impressed on my heart that God is like the waitress – always wanting to give us more. I have to make a choice. Will I receive or refuse? If I refuse, it will pass right past my fingertips into the hands of someone else who is hungry for more. It is not God who limits how much blessing He wants to give, but me who limits how much blessing I want to receive.
From that afternoon onwards, I decided to be desperate for God, to ask for & receive prayer & impartation as much as possible for the entire Conference.
B.AFTER ARGENTINA The CHURCH Shared with the Vision Team (Tue 21 Nov). All were in tears solidifying our commitment in Christ by holding our hands together in deep warfare prayer like a united team before a match.
On Sunday (26 Nov), it was awesome. Service went overtime. Presence of God was tangible. No message, just sharing & showing the photos & videos, people we met, their miracle stories & the lessons learnt. All in tears, lifting of hands were exceptionally higher & more humbled before the Almighty.
We did the "Recibilo" & imparted to the members.
We left releasing a whole bunch of warfare prayer warriors with mountain moving faith, to the Marketplace.

MARY LEE LOBACH. RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA
I received a major work of inner healing on the bus on the way back to the Buenos Aires airport. Jesus came very powerfully to remove life-long fear and shame, after which I was blessed with the tangible presence of Jesus sitting next to me on the bus. Later, in our connecting airport in the U.S., the Holy Spirit came on me deeply, washing away years of pain, so that I was drunk in the Spirit in the airport! I arrived home a changed person, aware of light and joy inside where there had been heaviness and pain. I discovered that the fear of rejection of those in my close family was gone and I was able to boldly testify of what God had done in Argentina to those who had always been closed to hearing about the things of God before. The mantle of intercession that I received from Jay Swallow at the conference has been frequently evident. I now often feel the presence of the Spirit (and sometimes of angels), and weep and pray in the Spirit. My daughter, who was also on the trip, has become empowered and emboldened in her faith, and together we have begun 40 days of prayer for needed breakthroughs in our family. Truly I have been imparted to, anointed, filled up, healed, newly mantled and blessed to overflowing. Having “soaked” in a climate of faith so much greater than what I usually experience at home, I am no longer asking God the question, “How could it happen?” regarding my life, my family, my city, or the world. Now I am asking the question, “Why not?”
LES MORIARTY. REDCLIFFE, AUSTRALIA
Firstly, the Argentinian experience was a huge boost to my faith! The experience really began on the Wednesday night, several days before the conference had actually begun, when we joined other early arrivals for a dinner hosted by Harvest Evangelism. The atmosphere was inspiring to say the least. To find myself present with fellow believers, passionately seeking transformation for their own cities and nations, was just awesome.
When delegates from Uganda were introduced, I began to weep quietly, without knowing why. It just seemed so amazing that Christianity was still prospering in that country after so many atrocities have been committed through the years. That night, when I returned to my hotel room, I felt prompted to pray for Africa. As the conference unfolded, I was amazed to see how much focus was placed on Uganda. It seemed the Holy Spirit had been preparing my heart during that opening dinner to join in the outpouring of love for the Ugandan First Lady and other delegates during the course of the conference.
The trip to the Christ the Only Hope prison at Olmos was absolutely awesome. The power and the presence of the Holy Spirit was absolutely manifest in that place was sang and jumped with the joy of the Lord. I couldn't help but feel the Olmos inmates were so much freer under the anointing and ministry of the Holy Spirit than the majority of people on the "outside" who do not know Jesus as Lord and Savior. It was such a privilege to be prayed for by these on-fire Christians.
The inspired teaching and apostolic leadership by Ed was a great blessing, of course, throughout the conference, as was the vitality and vigor of the local pastors who shared so much with us. The visits to the church in Mar Del Plata filled with hundreds of passionate worshippers night after night was an amazing experience. The highlight was the night Cindy Jacobs preached and prophesied, and then Cindy and the Argentinian pastors went amongst us, with people falling everywhere under the power of the Holy Spirit. What an amazing night!
The afternoon we went into the city to pray for the people of Mar Del Plata was a moving and memorable experience. I had the privilege of praying for two mothers with their children outside the children's school, while other delegates greeted the children and their parents. Again, the presence of God was almost tangible in this setting.
Graham Power did a wonderful job in leading the business track sessions. I was amazed that a man of such wealth and position was able to lead with such humility and gentleness. It was wonderful to see people from such a wide range of cultures and backgrounds united in love for the Lord Jesus. The testimonies presented on the DVDs filmed and produced by Media Village were a joy and an inspiration of the way communities and nations can be transformed under the power of God.
To summarize - my time in Argentina was a joyful, wonderful, amazing experience of feeling right in the very presence of God for 7 action-packed and fulfilling days. Anyone who is able to attend the 2007 conference would be crazy to miss the opportunity. You will be transformed if you accept the challenge and go. This is the experience of a lifetime for any Christian who is serious about digging deeper into the things of God.
ROBIN MALLOY. PADERBORN, GERMANY
Dear Ed, I want to say thanks for your repentance toward the "sons", I really was touched personally. I strongly felt the Lord speaking to me about the sins of the "sons" to the fathers and older leaders such as being disobedient, feeling all self sufficient and better and stronger than the fathers. I want to repent about all this and want to be willing to accept and trust on my Purah and rely on the experience and wisdom of the older brothers instead of trusting in the capabilities of being young.
There are three things I would like you to know:
1. I strongly believe that Harvest Evangelism will have an important role in transforming the nation of Germany. I am praying for a regional office of Harvest Evangelism in Germany!
2. I believe that there is a special strategic connection between Argentina and Germany. I felt so warmly welcome and so many Argentineans shared their love and a kind of excitement about Germany. As we departed from Buenos Aires the Lord really imparted to me, that there will be a strong prayer connection between Germany and Argentina. Before we left I visited the Cámara Argentino Alemana and was really encouraged about the trade relationships of both countries. This might also be a strategically important part in the spiritual connection of both countries.
GARY OKINO. HONOLULU, HAWAII
Words cannot adequately describe what happened at our Harvest Evangelism conference in Argentina. I knew it would be good... but I could not even imagine that it would be that good. To put it mildly, I was blown away... it was awesome.
We arrived a few days early and a number of us met with the Chief of Government of the City of Buenos Aires, Mr. Jorge Tellerman. He is addressed as "Governor" and is the third ranking government official in Argentina after the President and the Governor of the Province of Buenos Aires. After a series of amazing events, an intimate group led by Ed Silvoso, led Mr. Tellerman who is a Jew to the Lord. When he addressed us the following evening, it was obvious that he was transformed and filled with the Spirit. He will be introducing a program of moral values to the City's government (government if Argentina is notorious for its corruption) and has commissioned a God-led project for the Christmas season which will bring back a Christian Christmas to the City as well to start a reconciliation between the rich and the poor.
Then came the First Lady of Uganda, a sold-out Christian... another amazing story. Revival is on its way in Uganda and efforts are under way to eliminate systemic poverty in parts of that nation. When an offering was taken to assist with the First Lady's poverty project, 400 conferees pledged over $600,000. Cindy Jacobs (the world-renowned prophetess) prophesied that the First Lady's daughter... a pastor... will be the key to resolving the situation in the Sudan through a Christian effort (you're probably familiar with the horrors of genocide in Darfur where hundreds of thousands of people have been exterminated).
And then we visited the prison in La Plata called "Christ the Only Hope" Prison. In what used to be a maximum security prison for the worst criminals in Argentina, all of its inmates are now Christians. The Spirit of God has taken over the prison where the cells have no doors. We worshipped in the hot sun out in the courtyard and the presence of God was heavy. One attorneys and a judge from Hong Kong were hit by a word from the Lord which began reconciliation between the prisoners and the justice system. Weeping broke out all over the place... prisoners and conferees... including myself. The Holy Spirit came down on the group and people began to fall all over the place. Many lay helpless in the dirt, filled with the Spirit.
Let me just tell you one thing: Ed Silvoso's insight into the word of God is just absolutely incredible. That alone was worth the price of the ticket. Listening to him, I just sit in stunned admiration of the understanding and the insight that he presents to us. The Holy Spirit speaks through him like no other.
That first night's worship prepared me and my wife for the rest of the conference. I could feel the Spirit early. Then as we began to sing,
Lord, I give You my heart I give You my soul I live for You alone...I was totally wrecked by the Spirit. As tears streamed down my face, I gave myself to the Lord again. That set my heart for the rest of the conference. Later, a spirit-filled brother told my wife and me that there is an angel that towers over us standing right behind us.
The theme of the conference was the transformation of nations. There were amazing stories of nations being transformed, with Harvest Evangelism in full participation not only in Argentina and Uganda, but in other world nations including South Africa and Egypt. The Egypt story of the transformation of "Trash City" (part of Cairo) led by Father Samaan of the Coptic Church is so incredible that I'm just going to leave it at that. People are comparing Father Samaan to Mother Teresa. There is a DVD of that story if you are interested. Part of the story that Father Samaan tells is that in 797 AD, when the king threatened the annihilation of all Christians in Egypt if they didn't prove the gospel passage of the moving of the mountain with the faith of a mustard seed, two Christians moved the mountain to where the Cave Church now stands (capacity of 20,000). This incredible story, which Egyptian monarchies have totally stricken from the history books have recently been verified by geologists who say that the mountain is 700 meters from where it is supposed to be.
Amazing transformation in which Harvest Evangelism is involved is taking place in Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, China, Canada, and many other places around the world, including the U.S. Twenty-eight nations were represented at the conference.
This all has to do with the "Great Commission" found at the end of the gospel of Matthew where Jesus commissions all of us to go and disciple nations. This requires "marketplace ministry"... getting outside the walls of our church buildings and transforming nations through "prayer evangelism" in the marketplace.
In another amazing event, we prayer walked the entire City of Mar del Plata... all 72 blocks of the city... speaking peace and blessing everything that moved and breathed. People were approached with "Puero orar por ti?"... or something like that... "can I pray for you." If the answer was, "si," they got our prayer and our blessing in whatever language we could give it. Three thousand Christians covered every square inch of the city in prayer.
And finally, one more story... if you will bear with me.
Several nights, we ended our long days at the "Dios es Amor" Church (God is Love). Here, Pastor Omar Olier has performed some amazing miracles. At our meetings, he brought two of his miracles. One was a man whose body was totally invaded by cancer with only a short time to live. After prayer by Pastor Olier, the cancer completely disappeared. X-rays were shown that documented the miracle. In another a man with throat and mouth cancer was completely cured. Photos were taken before he received prayer that showed the grotesque evidence of the cancer. The man walked on stage with absolutely no indication of the devastation to the mouth, tongue, teeth and throat as seen in the photo. And finally, Pastor Olier has 8 documentations of raising the dead.
The church was packed to standing room only for each of the 2-3 hour Spirit-filled sessions. I would say that there were over a thousand people packed into the church each time.
The final night was mind-blowing. As we approached closure, a Catholic priest from Chicago joined the group of dignitaries on stage. Full out reconciliation broke out as Fr. Dimitri fell to his knees and begged and wept for forgiveness for the Catholic Church's treatment of Martin Luther. A Lutheran pastor came on stage and accepted the repentance while confessing to the "fatherlessness" of the Protestant churches. A Jewish rabbi showed up on stage and weeping and repentance turned to full-out joy. It was total chaos as the music turned upbeat and everyone was dancing everywhere with everyone. Finally, a Zimbabwean pastor ended the night with a prayer and a one word benediction... "CHARGE!!!" Everyone there began shouting at the top of their voices... "CHARGE!!!"... in unison, over and over again. It was so loud that it was deafening. Then we began shouting the charge many times in each direction... north, east, south and west. Then finally, we shouted it to the high heavens. And everyone there was as high as the heavens. Leaving the church was slow but very enjoyable... as the Argentines all waited to hug and bless us all as we walked up the aisle and out of the church.
That night, we all got a small glimpse of what joy will be like in heaven.
It was so awesome. Thank you, God. My wife and I will never be the same again!
RICHARD FOSTER. PERTH, AUSTRALIA
I was blessed beyond measure and hopefully changed for all time.
Highlights for me included being prayed for and praying for three 12 year old girls in Mar Del Plata and having them write to me, praying for students in the Cathedral and seeing them recieve the Lord, receiving inspiration from ordinary men and women that God is using to do extraordinary things and experiencing the love and fellowship that comes from people striving together to discover and do the will of God. The highlights continued as God allowed and enabled me to pray for two women, one from Colombia, and another from New Zealand on the flight home.
Fellowship with such as Jack Serra, Cal Chinen and Alan Cardines is always inspiring, my only regret is that time was so short. The worship in Mar Del Plata is compelling, I cannot help being drawn into it and I would not miss an opportunity to be ministered to by the church and to participate in its extravagant praise to God.
On a personal note I am grateful that God revealed to me the Father's heart, particularly through the children and has released in me this same love. Further, Cindy Jacobs affirmed the anointing that God has put on me for 'networking' and I need to accept the responsibility to see this released in my life and ministry. I am mindful of your final prayer and comment regarding the release or discovery of God's provision in my life, and Roslyn and I are seeking His will in this.
There is so much to say I could go on for pages, and when I have had time to process this more I might do that, but in the meantime I thank you and the team for your sacrificial commitment to seeing the nations transformed, I count it a great privilege to be a part of this movement and am grateful that God has chosen this particular broken peanut butter jar in which to deposit his grace (2 Cor 4:7).
We in Australia are waiting with expectant hearts for the next chapter to unfold. To use a surfing analogy (popular here as in Mar Del Plata), we are sitting beyond the break sensing the surge of the wave, knowing that the timing must be right. If we miss the wave we will 'fall off the back' and be in dead water, or we get ahead of the break we will get dumped; but if we catch the wave - we will be in for the ride of our lives. Bring on the waves!
RHONDA SAVAGE-JULIE – CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA
I had the most life changing and awesome experience of my life since my conversion.
I smile and giggle as I read the re entry pointers as this is exactly what has happened. I find myself telling everyone around me about my experience, at work, a home, shopping in the mall, at our local store etc. Just last night at Woolworths I was sharing with the cashiers about my experience and they were in awe……
The highlight of the conference (as if there was a particular highlight) but if I was to single one event that impacted my life it was the Olmos Prison visit…..what an experience. Then the morning worship, then the church worship in the evenings…and I can go on and on and on…..Thank you for the great opportunity and privilege to be among such great sisters and brothers in the Lord. This whole experience even brought about closeness with my wonderful husband Mark as we sand and prayed and worship together. Thank you. My prayer life has changed. My quiet time has changed. My worship has changed. My look at my town, my city, my country and my people has changed. I am fearful and excited all in one….I am emotional, strong, excited and I wait upon God to unfold his master plan for me, for Mark and I. Thank you.
Clearly God spoke to me to do 2 very important things first.
- To reconcile with my ex daughter in law, Sharyn who walked out on my son and grandson after 5 years of marriage.
- To reconcile with my nephew, Andy who is in prison and who has been written off by us as a family.
I believe until this is done the greater plan will be revealed. I have to be OBEDIENT. Thank you.
Overall, the conference was well planned and organized. The venue was outstanding, food great and staff well mannered and service excellent. Thank you.
Thank you to your family for their presence and availability.
JOYCE CHEN. PERTH, AUSTRALIA
Testimony 1 – The Spanish Worship SongOn Mon 13 Nov, I visited Ps Omar’s church for the Opening Ceremony. The worship team led us in a beautiful Spanish song. I had no idea what the words were or meant but it was so natural & easy to enter into His presence. I began to mimic what I heard despite my untrained, non-Spanish background. As I sang, the sentence Jesus, name above all names came to mind. Later the song was sung again. This time the words Wonderful, Counselor, Prince of Peace were given to me.
On Thu 16 Nov, Lily (a delegate from Hong Kong) sat next to me at lunch. She was bubbling with excitement as she had just gotten the lyrics of a Spanish worship song, with the corresponding translation in English. I love how God places us in the right place with the right people! I had woken up with that song that morning. It was the same song I first heard at Ps Omar’s church on Monday night. What is more amazing is this … when I looked at the chorus translated into English, I then realized that the Holy Spirit had given me the interpretation of the chorus on Monday night while I was worshipping. Never before have I experienced this. It has increased my faith to another level; I can hear from God, & in more ways than one! Gloria á Dios!
Testimony 2 – Healing of My Left LegIn Aug 2004, I suffered the first of two severe back problems. The pain was so intense that I could not teach at college for three weeks, & had to hire a wheelchair for the first week. During the recovery period I was confined to bed rest, needing assistance for basic daily activities. Walking, getting in & out of cars, turning & sitting were all challenging. I refused x-rays & strong medication as there was a possibility that I was pregnant. Indeed I was but this was only confirmed later. Today I have my second beautiful & healthy daughter – but that is story for another time.
Considering the severity of my back pain, it has been quite incredible that I could live normally today. However I still suffered some side-effects including numbness in parts of my left leg & regular leg cramps. Before my trip to Argentina, I had asked God to heal my leg during the Conference. The leg cramps were getting more regular & intense. In the days leading up to & even at the Conference, the pain in that leg would wake me up every night – for the muscles in my leg would cramp so tightly that I had to wake up before the entire leg was locked in pain.
One night at the church, there was an invitation for those who needed healing to receive it. I knew it was time for my miracle. As Ed would say, I would call myself an idiot for the rest of my life if I were to miss it! By faith I raised my hands to receive my healing. Within moments I felt a tingling sensation in only one leg – my left leg. Since that night I have been sleeping without any more leg cramps, & the numbness in my leg is also decreasing. Praise God for His healing!
Testimony 3 – I am HumbledI was touched by the servanthood of the security personnel. Although they did not speak at the sessions, everyday their example spoke to me. Rising early in the mornings, praying & fasting, always on their feet, guarding us, & sleeping after most of us – I was (& still am) humbled because of them. They served us with their lives. I felt as if they would have taken a bullet for me. Thank God that was not necessary!
Testimony 4 – Post-ArgentinaDon Couchman said that your spiritual life can be defined as before & after Argentina! I could not agree more. Friends have commented that I have changed since the Conference. Such comments only confirm what I already know has happened in me. There is a new boldness – a compassion for people fuelled by confidence in & the compulsion of the Spirit. God has also been arranging divine appointments for me …
28 Nov 06: My husband, Patrick, was the MC at a fundraising dinner where we were seated at the same table as the Mayor of one of our local councils. The Mayor delivered a speech to encourage us all to give, saying that he too will be contributing. As he spoke it was evident that he was a man of peace & I felt an urge to pray for him later that evening. Prior to the Argentina Conference I would have quickly dismissed the thought. For he is a person of many achievements & I would have felt very inadequate to even approach him. However now there was a boldness & eager willingness to pray for him.
At the end of the evening, the opportunity arose & I took it. After briefly introducing myself I asked if I may say a prayer of blessing. He thanked me, thinking I would pray for him at home. I said “No, I’d like to pray for you – to bless you right now.” We both held hands in prayer as I released God’s blessing into every area of his life – his office, health, marriage & family relationships (he had just become a grandfather the night before). He heartily thanked me, offering his assistance from his local council to me should the need arise.
30 Nov 06: During a visit to the doctor, a friendly nurse named Lynn asked how our conference in Argentina was. Before I could say much, she asked about my religion adding she hoped she was not being rude. I replied that I am a Christian…& no, it was not rude of her to ask me. She then mentioned that she thinks it is time for her to go back to church, & that she was looking for one to settle in. After giving her my contact details, I asked if I could say a prayer to bless her. More than happy to be prayed for, we bowed our heads & held hands in prayer as I asked God to bless her. When we finished, she looked at me with tears in her eyes & said, “Yes, it is time for me to go back to church.”
The experience in Argentina changed me so that I could bring the church to Lynn.
GLORIA TAM. HONG KONG
I can say what I have experienced in Argentina have exceeded my expectations. My husband as well as co-worker, Calvin has been sharing our experience and imparting to others since the time we are on the plane back home. The Lord put a priest sat next to me on the plane to share about. It has really been time of historical shift and historical making. I have been blessed from a personal level to the level of Kingdom ministries that the Lord has entrusted and destined me and my flocks
