Benjy MacNaughton

Benjy first participated in a short-term mission trip to Argentina with Harvest Evangelism in 1992 and had a life-changing experience. It was on this trip that Benjy first met Jesica and they later married in 1998. Benjy and Jesica now direct this annual short-term missions trip that equips and empowers teenagers, college students and young adults to be world changers. Benjy also provides leadership for several campus transformation initiatives in the San Francisco Bay Area and leads the Campus Leadership Network that launched in January 2008. Benjy has a strong pastoral gift and an ability to clearly communicate the biblical principles of transformation. Jesica is a prophetic intercessor and leads a network of intercessors who pray daily for the ministry.

Cindy Oliveira

Executive Assistant to President
Cindy has been serving as Executive Assistant to Ed and Ruth Silvoso since 1993. She uses her organizational and administrative giftings to coordinate all aspects of the Silvosos' ministry, and also supports the Harvest Evangelism team by managing a number of special projects. Before joining Harvest Evangelism, Cindy served as a missionary in Mexico for seven years. She has a young son who also enjoys being part of the Harvest team.

Chana joined Harvest Evangelism in November of 2007. Prior to that she was the owner of Cambrian Florist for 16 years where she practiced marketplace ministry. God used her & the flowershop to share His love & transform lives. Customers often came in with heavy hearts and stories filled with pain. They left with a portion of God's strength and a brighter understanding of His plan for their lives.
God has gifted her with a lively spirit, in addition to worshipping
the Lord through bookkeeping, she loves to bless people through
prayer, exhortation and teaching.

Dick Renard, as a marketplace minister with responsibilities as the vice-president of a truck outfitting company, is leading the Salinas, CA, transformation initiative that is influencing the entire Salinas Valley to Monterey. His wife, Jan, is a school-teacher. They have 3 grown sons.

Ken has served Harvest Evangelism’s donors for 15 years by overseeing all donation-related activities. He has helped donors convert millions of dollars worth of investment into kingdom enterprises that now energize city and nation transformation initiatives under the direction of the Harvest team. In addition, Ken manages Harvest Evangelism’s office complex in San Jose, CA which houses the Harvest offices along with 22 outside tenants. Ken is also a licensed real estate loan consultant.

Marilyn Schuler
Supervising Manager for Finance and Accounting Department
Over
the past 20 years, Marilyn has served as Project Manager for Harvest’s
International Institutes in Argentina in addition to leading numerous
missions trips and conferences. She currently is Harvest’s Financial
Analyst as well as being involved in Website Development. Marilyn is a
graduate of San Jose State University.

Karissa Stafford

Registrar
Karissa joined the Harvest Team in March of 2008. She works with
Evelyn Silvoso Wallace to administrate Harvest’s seminars and
conferences. She has a heart to bring worship to the nations through
music, teaching and business and has spent time in Asia working with
YWAM.

Dave and Sue Thompson

Dave Thompson is Senior Vice President of Harvest Evangelism, Inc. After joining with Ed and Ruth Silvoso in 1984, Dave and Sue guided “Plan Resistencia,” Harvest’s first city reaching effort in Resistencia, Argentina in 1990. Today they are serving the multi- national Harvest Team on every continent to develop prototypes for city and nation transformation based on prayer evangelism. Dave is also currently the Coordinator of the International Transformation Network, a strategic alliance of marketplace and pulpit ministers committed to seeing nations discipled in fulfillment of the Great Commission.

Evelyn Silvoso Wallace

For over a decade, Evelyn has served as the project manager for Harvest events, seminars and trips to Argentina. Evelyn is currently the project manager for Harvest Evangelism’s International Institute on Nation Transformation in Argentina. She is also involved in the headquarters’ leadership through Macro Design. She and her husband Karl co-founded Transformation Church in Silicon Valley, California.
They have one son.

Rick and Rachel Heeren

Rick is one of this generation's pioneers in the concept of bringing prayer and intercession into businesses. He is a seasoned implementer and practitioner of the principles of prayer evangelism as his book, Thank God It's Monday! reveals. Rick's second book, The Elk River Story, shows how leaders in Elk River, Minnesota, are implementing prayer evangelism and transforming the spiritual climate in their city. A third book, The Threshing Floor, documents Minnesota's calling as The Threshing Floor to the nation. His teaching combines extensive knowledge of the Word of God, the anointing of the Holy Spirit and 25 years of business experience. He is a member of the visiting faculty for the Wagner Leadership Institute's Marketplace Track and is the Minnesota Coordinator for the U.S. Strategic Prayer Network. Rick and Rachel have two grown children and live in Bloomington, MN.

Jack and AJ come from the business world, where Jack's marketing and sales expertise with his own company won him the Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for New Jersey in 1988. In 1996, Jack and AJ joined Harvest Evangelism to dedicate their lives to helping pastors and marketplace leaders embrace their calling to reach cities. Jack has authored two books, Marketplace, Marriage &Revival: The Spiritual Connection and The Marketplace Connection: Reflections of a Businessman. The Serras have founded "The M&M Connection," a consulting company dedicated to helping business owners, corporate executives and marketplace Christians make the connection between biblical principles for a godly marriage and God-ordained success in the marketplace. M&M offers a three-month weekly study for couples to connect these issues. Jack and AJ are the parents of three married children, and have five grandchildren. They live in Pittsburgh, PA, and Orlando, FL.

Joan Simmons is a financial services consultant in the beautiful isle of Bermuda where along with Conway, her pastor and husband, she is building a nation transformation prototype. She has been instrumental in leading one premier to the Lord, and in establishing a national day of prayer in Bermuda. They have two grown children.
