Cost
Land Package, EARLY BIRD: $1395.00 U.S. Dollars (includes airport transfers**, ground transportation, hotel lodging, breakfast, most meals, conference fees, materials, and various banquets). This package does NOT include international airfare. This package is based on our ability to contract the necessary companies and is subject to changes or cancellation.

PAYMENTS & LATE FEE
Payment in full is due by June 1st, 2009. Any payment received after that will incur $300 Late Fee. Registration and full payment with Late Fee is due by June 15th, 2009. If payment is not received by June 15th, services will not be rendered.
FLIGHTS & TICKET INFO

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport Transfers are subject to certain arrival and departure times. Participants must arrive Ministro Pistarini Int. Airport (EZE) in Buenos Aires between 6:00AM and 12:00 noon on Friday, June 26th, 2008 and depart between 6:00PM and midnight on Monday, July 6th, 2009. CHILDREN'S RATE - $1095
Children ages 4-12 must be accompanied by a parent and share the same room.
CANCELLATIONS
The $300 deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a NEW participant until June 4th, 2008. Cancelled deposits cannot be used to pay off the balance of another participant. Any cancellations received within 30 days of departure are 50% non-refundable. Cancellations received within 15 days of departure are NOT refundable. All returned checks will incur a $25 charge.
UPDATES & CHANGES
Due to uncertainty of the Argentine economy, domestic prices are impossible to guarantee, therefore prices are subject to change. Priority for the trip to Olmos Prison is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit our website periodically for updates to the above information.
